The people who knew about Law-san killing someone before was Lenore-san, Childe-san, and Mahito-san. But the last two, Law-san needed to strike up a deal in order for them to not say anything. But Lenore-san said she didn't use her power to cover for him.... and I don't think the other two would unless it's just for fun?

So we're back to the drawing board about someone using it to cover for him.

He said you talked to him already, but he told me that if there's any vague chance that the dead's souls are just kept somewhere else, he might - try to send a sign? I dunno, a haunting? It'll go to either me or Lenore-san, he said... So I'll keep an eye out.

Harrowhark said that Greed said there's something... deeper to the kill motivations, besides their personal reasons. And also that talking to the robot or Fukuda would have given us more of an idea. Not sure why Fukuda would know, unless he killed the second week, but I'm going to ask Greed for clarification about that.

I spoke to neither. But did Law know anything about that? I'm not sure, since his motivation seemed primarily just what he said to us.

.... but why Fukuda-san.... Maybe it's because he was close to somebody? He didn't confess anything in the end.... I guess I can check in with Gojou-san and see if he heard anything? They were friends. [and gojou's the only one left alive]

But I didn't hear anything like that from Law-san, no. Didn't you get told that the robot just asked permission and the Avatars said fine?

No... but I'm going to ask Greed about it for clarification. It could just be a case of misunderstanding what they meant again.

Well, looks like we'll just have to keep double-checking stuff.

Ah - but I got the rose to Pride-san. [a beat as he brings a hand up to his head subconsciously] Uhh, it didn't go well. But I'll try to fix it....

[ pride is an asshole but takeru is not sure if this is like. normal pride asshole stuff or what. ]

I gave the rose back - but Ashiya-san uh... well, they messed it up a bit, like I said. It seemed like it was pretty important to Pride-san.

[he tilts his head]

But - well, I thought I'd ask while I was there if the exchange items was null because the rose was damaged, or if because Ashiya-san didn't give it back to Pride-san themselves. The answer's both. [so he got his answer!]

... but Pride-san thought I just wanted a reward. [and he frowns a little bit at this, looking guilty] So they got mad at me because they thought I was lying about wanting to just get it back to them, and when I tried to talk it out, I got slammed with a crazy headache and they were gone when I could see straight again.

Yeah... It's why I wanted to ask - if people are gonna get swept away, it's better if they know to be crazy careful with whatever they find.

They can be really important to the Avatars, and I don't want anybody to get hurt from it.

Mm. We both had to make choices at the end, which is the most obvious connection, but... we need to see if there's a deeper meaning to it.
