I think it's amounts... at least - that's the impression I got? Apparently if someone just indulged like crazy, the race would've been over fast based on when I first talked to Wrath when we got here.
But... I mean - people have been killing and - uh, getting intimate for a while. And so far no one's gotten a second round of bonus items from home. I thought we'd be getting more markers but none so far...

I guess that's a good thing, in a sense. It means people still have time to catch up.
