I think we just need to be ready for them to not be any real help. It's hard to tell if they just won't tell us or if they don't know, since the way they word everything can go either way.

Arming civilians who aren't even trained to handle a deadly weapon is one of the most idiotic things the government could have come up with. It has done nothing to make Shinjuku safer, but they refuse to consider they made the wrong move.
