The simplest answer is Childe, since he fit a lot of the criteria for what we considered that killer to fall under.

The person who killed Mahito claims to have done so in self defense. I don't really know if that's true or not. But I also don't believe it is worth digging into further, given what a monster he turned out to be.

I find myself in the odd position of minding the idea of being dishonest with you, so there it is.
