I'm not entirely convinced if the purpose was to actually get us to vote for him. I think if they just wanted to get us to waste time arguing about whether or not he was being framed, it would have worked. Especially since we all knew Shi Qingxuan and him were close, so she would argue on his behalf. It would be a similar situation to what happened with Beauregard and Mollymauk.

Mm. Well, that did take up some time to start - but I think that it did also at least lead us to the clue about Yi-kun's shoes. If the general sentiment that it was someone whose feet were too big....

Then that leaves only Ashiya-san, right?

But, ah, that does mean we'd need to believe Yi-kun's testimony. I think that I do... but that's personal feelings, not evidence.

So - what do you think the hint means? Not that someone wore them, but just that the murder was orchestrated by someone even larger than Yi-kun?

It could just be that someone retied them too tight, since they misjudged how he had them on before.

I think we need to eliminate that first, to be honest. If we clear Ashiya-san, we can look at the likelihood of Yi-kun doing it himself.

We still need to look at Luca-san and Vlad-san's deaths too, but we have less certain leads on those.
