he actually wars with this for like. a good minute. weighing pros and cons, trying to tap into the part of his brain that hasn't rotted away from emotional intensity and kisses. takeru has a point, not to mention the fact that someone would have to make it all the way through the research room before they get anywhere near. but he's embarrassed? of course he is. no doubt he is. his entire face turns red and there's a chance he might just overheat.
but he'll answer with just. making an aggravated noise and letting his mouth crash against takeru's again, biting at his lip a bit severely. their intertwined fingers get a pretty tight squeeze.
[horrible. terrible. i still can't believe this is happening, but it is. mineo also can't really believe it's happening - but he goes with the suggestion, one hand in takeru's hair, the other pressed against his own mouth to try to muffle any noises because this is still unreasonably embarrassing. does mineo bite his own hand? probably.
but he won't break eye contact if takeru doesn't, even if it makes his heart hammer harder in his chest.
when it's done, he honest to god nearly falls over, but he doesn't. he just tries to pull takeru up closer to him again for kisses - which is about as much as he can manage when words are failing him]
but he'll easily let himself be pulled, kissing mineo eagerly and hungrily. takeru is never going to get tired of this? he should probably get tired of this. ]
