[ new week new places

as in, sasazuka is exploring what's now newly available to them. when he walks into the planetarium, he takes a moment to just stare as the lights flicker into existence. ]

Huh.

[fisherwoman]

[She's seen this room by now, so there's not as much surprise now as she looks up at the stars imprinted on the ceiling. She glances his way.]

Someone told me they aren't real, so don't get too excited.

[did he sound excited at all]

[ he did not, but he also rarely sounds excited about anything. ]

And here I thought we finally made it outside and could escape.

[fisherwoman]

[An amused sigh.]

Has the claustrophobia started to get to you already? That's a bad sign, you know!

w0, friday.

[fisherwoman]

[She's wandering down one of the halls, glancing his way once she notices him there. With a tilt of her head.]

Did you get your reward? Well, I guess it would have been hard to ignore, with the ringing...

I did, yes.

Don't really feel like celebrating it though.

[fisherwoman]

[After a moment of indecision:]

Did you know him well?

[dotcom]

I never spoke to him.

In general, I'm not a fan of finding out someone died, especially under such suspicious circumstances.

w1, tuesday.

[fisherwoman]

[She normally spends a good deal of her free time in the simulation room or the gym, but with the effect this week, that isn't as satisfying. So, she's wandering in the tea room when she sees him, glancing his way. Her face is still bruised from Sunday though it doesn't look as bad as it did yesterday, and she looks over at all the pastries.]

Well, you should be happy about this.

[Given their first interaction being cupcake based.]

I was...

[ it's said with a tinge of annoyance to his voice. ]

But now I'm not in the mood for it, for some reason.

[fisherwoman]

Indigestion...?

[no]

[dotcom]

No. For some reason, I'm just not in the mood for sweets?

w1, thursday.

[fisherwoman]

[She came towards the kitchen when she heard the commotion and got a message about it, but she stayed far enough away for them to be able to get to the medbay without any trouble. After they've had a bit of time to get themselves sorted out, though, she comes and stands in the doorway, glancing towards him.]

What happened?

[dotcom]

Did you get an explanation from anyone else yet?

[ he looks up at her ]

[fisherwoman]

[She shakes her head.]

You're the first.

[dotcom]

... we all just suddenly woke up in a strange room. We only had a lighter on us, and we were cold whenever we didn't have it lit.

w1, saturday.

[fisherwoman]

[She's wandering around now that the trial has concluded, but she pauses when she sees Takeru walking around.]

...That was eventful, wasn't it?

[dotcom]

That is definitely a summary.

[ ... ]

I don't know even where to start.

[fisherwoman]

[After a few long moments and another sigh:]

...You think one of the Avatars handed out something that would let someone destroy his body completely?

week 2, friday

[ well, he looks into the planetarium.

when he spots endorsi, he'll walk over. ]

Have you seen anything?

[fisherwoman]

[She shakes her head with a frown as she looks over and sees him.]

No, I haven't... Nothing unusual, at least.

[dotcom]

Mm...

The kitchen sink is running, and the water is copper-y.

week 6, sunday

[dotcom]

[ wow, a sunday with no execution. amazing.

but sasazuka is walking down the hall, looking at his phone. when he sees endorsi, he almost just goes back to looking at his phone, but then he pauses. considers for two seconds. and walks to her. ]

[fisherwoman]

[By Sunday she has a pretty deep bruise on her face that wasn’t there during the trial, but as he walks her way, there’s just a general sense of curiosity and apprehension.]

What is it?

[ endorsi why. he looks at the bruise but does not comment on it because it's none of his business. ]
