Penalising someone for doing what fits their assigned group, just for being "too simple" is a bit picky though. Maybe they'll just be stricter about how often you do it, rather than what you do?

That's true, but there's a stark difference depending on whether or not it's actually allowed. A possible competition that encourages death would not be the same experience as one that forbids it, but it occurs anyway.

The context is the important part. Justice is subjective -- what counts as justice to one man could be villainy to another, after all.

No two people share the same exact morals, so it's impossible to have just a general definition of the word justice. You'll never have people agree on the finer details of it.
