It's possible. If the killer was Douman, Law was a dead man. If we believed Omi's killer was still alive, Law might have a chance.
[But who honestly fucking knows.]
I think so, too. But I had an interesting conversation with Greed last night. We went over the motive topic again, and they heavily implied there is an additional motive behind the murders that forms a larger part of the picture. They further implied that talking to either Fukuda or HK-47 in their jail cell might have yielded more information about this motive.
So I wondered if you'd bothered to talk to either of them. I didn't.
[But it is something Greed was always dancing around before.]
. . . They specifically contrasted this motive to those who "kill for fun."
One other thing. A few people have approached me out of the blue, either wanting more details about the ink trap or expressing curiosity about what we intend to do next week. Mineo, but that isn't surprising. Mahito seemed especially curious, and Endorsi asked a number of questions in what I felt was a suspicious manner. Things like how we got the tattoo ink, whether we planned to change the trap from the medbay pods to a different location.
I don't know why people would ask for details, since it goes against the whole point of a trap. And I wouldn't really trust Mahito since apparently he's another one who's kind of a psychopath, but apparently Gojou is keeping that quiet. From what I heard from Mineo, apparently at the moment Mahito is on good behavior since he's probably enjoying himself here, but if we ever make it obvious we have an idea of why he's really like, he may target us.
[ i said apparently so many times last tag this is why you shouldn't tag before coffee ]
We'll just have to keep a closer eye on them. I think a lot of the more obvious suspects of people who might kill are dead now, so we need to pay closer attention to who's probably covering for each other. It's been long enough that accomplices are probably more likely as well.
We're missing evidence in the strip searches, that much is evident from Despair's remarks, but I don't know how to overcome it when people are sparring and doing. . . other things all week.

But... then we still need to figure out who cursed the other two. Was it just for an indulgence? Or maybe it was someone who wanted to protect Law?

[ the idea of talking to either of them for longer than five seconds sounds so horrendously terrible. ]

Have you heard anything like this from Greed? A - larger picture motive?

[ although they didn't really think the murders related to it... ]

[As for Mahito.]
Hmm. Good to know. He's always been friendly to me, but a lot of what he's told me about himself didn't pass the smell test.
He and Endorsi are close. They've explained away each other's injuries before.

I wonder if they're aware it's possible to have sex without leaving a million marks? It's pretty obvious at this point it's hindering us on Saturdays.
