Yes, they've said so several times to me as well. [So like. She oddly kind of trusts them, because she knows the specific ways in which they can't trust them.]
That's. . . comforting, I suppose. Though I don't want to make the mistake of believing them when it's been a never ending cycle of learning new information that should make us suspicious, hearing their reasoning and deciding that they at least seem to be being forthright now, only to learn something even worse.
Oh, we should definitely be ready for any kind of double cross. But at the very least, they offered a deal to not purposely screw each other over.
[ words don't really hold too much weight, especially when they've been lied to this entire time, but gluttony is so obviously sketchy that any type of offered olive branch somehow raises less flags than none. ]
