At least... for Mahito, there's a higher chance of it being someone who's good at fighting than not, even if we can't ignore the possibility of powers.
I think there's a lot of things we need to be cautious with when it comes to whatever happened to Mahito. And we have to be aware of what your ability, or Insomnia could do to throw a case off balance.
We might need clarification on that. You can take on a person's appearance, but I'm not sure what that translates to overall.
Still, if you were a very small person and you chose to take on the appearance of someone taller and stronger than you, you would have a natural advantage.
We can maybe ask, but I know the Avatars like to be vague when it comes to answer questions about powers. They might say the only way to tell is by testing it ourselves, but I doubt you guys would want to waste that power on that...
I'm concerned this will be the week someone tries to set someone up for a fall, like with Ming Yi. There's enough abilities out there to allow it. And I'd rather catch an actual killer than condemn someone who hasn't.
I know Ming Yi's case, the general consensus is that it was very likely that Vlad and someone else were co-conspirators, but then Vlad was betrayed. Too many of Vlad's actions didn't really make sense unless he was involved besides being a victim.

Oh, I agree with that consensus. There were too many of his movements that only make sense if he was also involved in one of the murders, specifically Steven's.
