Mm, I think this one is different since it's an action taken place here, and Misa didn't back out on her own. If she got away with it this time, she could have just tried again next week.
Apparently her wish was something she wanted to get at all costs.
But it's just why I couldn't really listen to any of the people who kept insisting she would never murder. Even if she wasn't the cause for Eleanor's death, it was still untrue.
